It seems that all I do lately is advocate but hell, I like doing it. I like being involved, even for what little I can actually end up offering.

I've recently begun gathering myself to take up the fight against Scientology( finding myself humored that Firefox is telling me that's not a word.) Soon after that, during the same month that they took up advocating and helping parents of children in the cult speak out I found out I was pregnant. Of course, this further fueled my desire to stand against the cult, to protect the future of my own child.

Now I'm hearing about all the crap Suicide Girls is pulling and after reading their Modeling contract I'm beginning to feel physically ill. I mean, seriously, don't these girls read that before they sign LITERALLY their entire lives away to a porn site that may only end up paying them $100 for the entire time they work there? Is your entire life time really worth so little and the 5 minutes you may have saved by not reading before you signed?

I'm completely appalled that SG would sink so low as to do this to people, some of which are only doing it because they can't find any other way to feed themselves or their families in these hard times.

I honestly think we should use their contest against them. Take the opportunity they are giving us to freely use their logo to spread the word, through this DA contest, about how horribly they treat their employees and Models, even after they no longer work for the company.

I don't care if those poor people signed the contract. No contract like that should EVER be allowed to be made.

On a side note, despite the odds, I'm actually pregnant, as I mentioned before. I'm very excited! It was quite a surprise for me and I'm now in the process of getting the insurance I need to make sure the baby is and stays healthy.

The due date is November 22nd. ^_^ I've already told the family and everyone is quite excited. Ryan is quite excited too.

For now we're getting things ready and making sure I get the right foods. I still have the cyst problem because I could never afford to have it taken care of so because of that I'm often in a lot of pain now but I'll tough it out. Been toughing it out for years now and it's not an pain I'm not used to. IMO, pain more than worth having a family I was beginning to think I'd never get to have.
